Dumpling Time in San Ramon Will Open on December 10

The new Dumpling Time restaurant in San Ramon, California, will open on December 10. The opening begins with dinner on that day, and lunch and dinner service will begin the next day, on December 11.

The new Dumpling Time restaurant is located in City Center Bishop Ranch. The restaurant has been under construction for at least six months now. On a recent visit, the Bay Area Telegraph observed that the interior appears complete. A sign appears outside the store, indicating that the doors will open soon.

Now, we have a confirmed opening date of December 10. A spokesperson for Dumpling Time told the Bay Area Telegraph, “The restaurant, which specializes in Asian-inspired dim sum with Californian influence, opens Saturday, December 10th for dinner and Sunday, December 11th for lunch and dinner.”

Dumpling Time, as its name suggests, is a restaurant devoted entirely to dumplings. You’ll find Gyoza, Bao buns, and much else on Dumpling Time’s menu.

Dumpling Time already has a few locations in the Bay Area. There’s a restaurant at Santana Row in San Jose, and another one at the Thrive City by the Warriors Stadium in Mission Bay.

Now, the new Dumpling Time location will add yet another excellent restaurant choice to City Center, alongside other similar restaurants like Marugame Udon. Will it be one of San Ramon’s top restaurants? We’ll have to find out.

The Bay Area Telegraph was invited to attend the opening, and will report back on the food at this new dumpling destination.
