Zachary’s Says Farewell to Rewards Club, Unveils Juicy Discounts for Fans

As fans of Zachary’s Chicago Pizza, we wanted to bring your attention to a significant update from the company. In a recent announcement, Kevin Suto, President of Zachary’s, informed the loyal members of the Zachary’s Rewards Club about some upcoming changes to the program.

Starting June 1, 2023, Zachary’s will sunset their rewards program due to dramatic increases in operational costs and ongoing technical challenges with the program itself. Until that date, rewards points can still be earned, but no new points will be accumulated after June 1st. However, there is no need to worry about losing any points you’ve already accrued. The company assures its customers that all rewards points will remain redeemable until December 31, 2023.

While it may be sad to see the rewards program go, Zachary’s has not left their customers empty-handed. In the same announcement, Kevin Suto shared some exciting news: the company will be offering more perks and discounts throughout the year via their newsletter. This move promises a new era of promotions and offers for Zachary’s Chicago Pizza fans to look forward to.

As always, communication is key, and the company’s president encourages customers to reach out to him directly with any questions or concerns at kevin@zacharys.com. It’s not every day that you see a company’s top executive opening their inbox to customers, which speaks volumes about Zachary’s commitment to keeping their loyal fanbase satisfied.
