We all know that parents can do some incredible things. But one San Francisco Bay Area dad of three took to social media to demonstrate something amazing that he’s learned to do with a baby bottle.

As this super-dad shows, he can disassemble and reassemble a Dr. Brown’s baby bottle–which is notoriously complicated, featuring five separate parts–one-handed.
This skill comes from many nights of holding a baby while assembling or disassembling the popular bottles.
At this dad takes the bottle apart and assembles it again, he casually narrates the different parts of the bottle. The whole process of disassembling and reassembling the bottle takes him under 90 seconds!
