Lafayette, CA – Need the perfect gift, but don’t want to order your 2,000th Amazon item or drive into the City to shop?
The Lafayette Artisan Walk is set to take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., bringing together local artists and retailers for a collaborative community shopping event.
Organized by the Lafayette Chamber’s Retail Sub-Committee, the event will showcase handcrafted goods and artisan creations across more than two dozen Lafayette businesses. The walk, scheduled the day before Mother’s Day, is timed perfectly for shoppers looking for unique gifts for spring occasions including Mother’s Day, graduations, and Father’s Day.

The Artisan Walk encourages residents and visitors to shop local and support small businesses. Participating retailers will host artists offering everything from fine jewelry and photography to hand-crafted kitchenware, leather goods, paintings, and more. Store hours may vary.
The walk spans the entire city! It features both stores that regularly sell artisan goods, and other shops/restaurants who have partnered up with local artists to showcase their work.
Participating businesses include:
- Amphora Lafayette – featuring homemade soaps, olive wood, Napa jams and spices
- Catherine’s Goldsmithing Designs – with artist Catherine Dining
- Harper Greer – featuring painter Sharon Cohune
- Lamorinda Music – featuring Fleurette Sevin Jewelry
