Video: Piglet, a Rescue Chicken, Lives in a $1,000 Coop in the East Bay

Piglet the chicken nearly didn’t make it as a chick, but now her fortunes have changed. This rescue chicken is living solo in a $1,000 coop in the East Bay, soaking in the Bay Area sunshine.

That’s the heartwarming story told in this recent video from the Bay Area.

Piglet started her life as a tiny chick that was trampled by other chicks based on her small size. After being rescued, Piglet was picked on by the other chickens in her flock, and excluded from the flock.

Thankfully, Piglet caught a break. She moved to a $1,000 Omlet chicken coop that her flock wasn’t using, and is now living her best life, solo, in an East Bay yard.
