I’m Thomas Smith and this is a look at the Ritz-Carlton at Half Moon Bay. This is an awesome place to stay, but it’s definitely a luxury property. However, you can come for the day and actually visit this amazing hotel that’s right along the coast with these rugged, beautiful beaches down in Half Moon Bay, only about 45 minutes outside of San Francisco.

You can actually sit at their outside restaurant here right by their golf course and watch golfers have a little meal. You can also go in and there’s the conservatory restaurant inside the hotel that welcomes day guests if you just want to come and visit for the day.

And you can see these beautiful spots right along that rugged, almost like Scottish-type of coast. Really nice spot to come for the day. The best thing though I think about this is the beach. You can park there. There’s free beach access for the public, beautiful cliffs you can walk along, and you have a view of the hotel from down over these cliffs down on the beach. It’s a really secluded spot. There’s a little bit of a walk in through the golf course. You’ve got this beautiful bridge up here, and it’s just a lovely spot to go for the day and enjoy that luxurious surrounding.
