Giraffes are a main feature at the zoo!
They might even poke their heads in to get a close look at you!
The San Francisco zoo has zebras and plenty of other savannah animals, too
They even have massive chimps and other apes
You can see California animals, too, like this amazing bald eagle
Journey to Australia at the SF Zoo to see emus and super cute koala bears
The colony of penguins is one of my favorite parts
You can even drop in for a feeding
Grab a bite at the Leaping Lemur cafe
Don’t forget to ride the Little Puffer steam train
It’s been entertaining visitors for over 100 years!

You can also see lions, tigers and other big cats at the San Francisco Zoo. It’s an amazing place and definitely worth a visit on your next trip to San Francisco.
