Rossmoor Diner Will Close Permanently on October 8

Rossmoor Diner, a staple of the Walnut Creek, California food scene since 1988, will close permanently on October 8.

According to reporting in the Rossmoor News, the popular local diner received a notice to vacate from its landlord. The diner had been on a month-to-month lease, and the space is being vacated.

A source told the Bay Area Telegraph that a new location of The Hangout, a restaurant currently based in Pleasant Hill, California, is being slotted to replace the Rossmoor Diner.
