San Ramon Valley to Host 41st Annual Run for Education on October 13

San Ramon, CA — The San Ramon Valley Education Foundation will hold its 41st annual Run for Education on Sunday, October 13, 2024.

The event invites participants to walk, run, roll, or stroll with friends, family, and colleagues to support local schools in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District (SRVUSD).

The event will feature a 5K and 10K course, with entertainment provided by local school groups, including performances from California High Cheer, Diablo Vista Middle School Jazz Band, and others. Attendees can also enjoy activities such as a kids’ zone, inflatable games, face painting, balloon artists, and food trucks.

Funds raised will support STEAM grants and programs across SRVUSD schools, benefiting students in Alamo, Danville, and San Ramon. The Run for Education is the largest event supporting education in Northern California.
