LAFAYETTE, CALIFORNIA – Last week, we shared a mystery. A new storefront appeared in downtown Lafayette, California, called Crosswater Creek Outfitters.
Signage went up at the storefront on Mount Diablo Blvd. But for the life of us, we couldn’t figure out what the store was going to be.
Now, we’ve solved the mystery! First, one of Crosswater Creek Outfitter’s future neighbors reached out to tell us about the store.
Then, a rep from Crosswater Creek itself reached out to give us lots more info.
CrossWaterCreek Outfitters, a family-founded business, will offer premium fly fishing gear, expert guidance, and immersive workshops aimed at helping anglers of all skill levels connect with nature.
The store, currently under construction, will also carry a selection of outdoor apparel. In addition to retail offerings, CrossWaterCreek aims to promote environmental stewardship and conservation through education and sustainable practices.
Although the storefront and full website are still in development, a landing page has been launched, providing information about the store’s mission and a subscription option for updates, launch news, and special offers.
The new store plans to open in the Spring.
Starting in March 2025, the company plans to share behind-the-scenes updates and progress on its social media channels. A confirmed opening date and additional details will be announced in the coming months.
