The upcoming restaurant, Pippal Dublin, will be located in the newly expanded Waterford Plaza. It promises super upscale Indian cuisine, paired up with plenty of flavors from right here in the Golden State.

We’ll be sure to visit and review Pippal as soon as it opens. Join our free 925 News newsletter by clicking here, and we’ll send you our review first thing.

The concept builds on Jatin Grewal’s background as a model and actor in India, bringing a cinematic element to the dining experience.

The interiors of the restaurant are designed by Mumbai-based architect Simran Chana, known for her work across India and the Middle East. The space includes a private dining room designed to host events, corporate functions, and community gatherings.

Pippal Dublin is the latest addition to a growing portfolio of Indian restaurants in the Bay Area. It is backed by the team behind popular establishments such as Rooh, Fitoor, Alora, Alora Social, and Pippal Emeryville. The kitchen will be led by Chef Munish Rana, who previously helmed Rooh Delhi and Pippal Emeryville.

The Grewals say the restaurant will offer a bold, elevated experience that highlights lesser-known regional cuisines of India–dishes often left out of mainstream menus.

Pippal Dublin is expected to open later this fall at 4550 Tassajara Rd # D, Dublin, CA 94568.
