Video: First Look At Lafayette’s New Brant Development After 10+ Years of Waiting

LAFAYTTE, CALIFORNIA – As we shared earlier this week, Lafayette’s Brant condo and retail development is finally preparing to open, after a decade-long wait.

Less than 24 hours after the construction fences finally came down, I visited the Brant and spent several minutes walking through the new development. I even took a peek in the windows of one of the luxury condos at the development.
