Mendocino Farms Opens Fresh Sandwich and Salad Spot in Dublin, California

DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA – Mendocino Farms, a Bay Area chain known for fresh sandwiches and salads, opened its Dublin, California location on Feb 2, 2026.

The new shop occupies the former Patxi’s Pizza space at 5130 Dublin Boulevard, and joins two other local locations at City Center Bishop Ranch and Walnut Creek.

The menu offers a gourmet selection of sandwiches, including the “Not So Fried” Chicken, Vegan Banh Mi, Chicken Pesto Caprese, and Turkey Avocado.

Their menu also features large salads such as the Avocado Quinoa, Thai Mango, and Chinese Chicken Salad. The restaurant offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences.

The Dublin location is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests can dine in, order takeout, or choose delivery.
