Photos: Large “No Kings” Protest Seen in Walnut Creek on Saturday

Drivers and BART riders passing through Walnut Creek on Saturday likely noticed a sizeable roadside protest along Ygnacio Valley Road, where demonstrators gathered for a local “No Kings” action tied to the broader protest movement that has drawn large crowds across the Bay Area in recent months.

Organizers with Indivisible ReSisters Contra Costa listed a Walnut Creek “Honk & Wave” protest for Saturday, April 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the corner of Ygnacio Valley Road and North Main Street, just a block from BART.

Note: The Bay Area Telegraph is non-partisan, but we cover protests on both sides of political issues when they constitute local news events.
