DANVILLE, CALIFORNIA – A new frozen yogurt shop has opened in Danville’s Rose Garden Shopping Center, just in time for the warmer weather.
Cuppa Yo, a family-owned self-serve yogurt store, recently opened on March 26 at 730 Camino Ramon. The shop is owned and operated by the Chan family, longtime Danville residents passionate about creating a welcoming dessert spot for the community.

The store offers a rotating selection of unique flavors. Currently choices include Dole Peach, Dutch Chocolate, Italian Tart, Stok Cold Brew Coffee, Blue Cookie Monster, Churro, Cheesecake and French Vanilla. Customers can serve themselves and choose from a large toppings bar filled with fresh fruit, candies, chocolates, cookies, sauce, and other mix-ins.

Cuppa Yo also serves sugar-free, dairy-free, and vegan options, giving customers with dietary restrictions more choices.

The yogurt is priced by weight at $0.85 per ounce. On my visit, a cup of froyo came to around $14.00. While slightly pricey for one cup, the cost is fairly typical for frozen yogurt.

Inside, the store has a bright, colorful interior with a decent amount of seating, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or family.

The opening adds another dessert option to Downtown Danville, joining other local spots like Yogurt Shack and Lottie’s Creamery. Cuppa Yo is open daily from 12 PM to 9 PM.
