A Massive Clothing Store Is Coming Soon to San Ramon

San Ramon is getting a major new athletic apparel store this summer.
City Center Bishop Ranch announced that lululemon will open a one-year pop-up in June, taking over the former Nike space at the open-air shopping, dining and entertainment center in downtown San Ramon.
The store will span 5,448 square feet and carry the brand’s performance apparel, footwear and accessories, with offerings focused on yoga, running and training.

City Center Bishop Ranch is located at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon and is already home to a growing mix of restaurants, retail, fitness and entertainment tenants, including THE LOT Cinema, Equinox, Slanted Door, LB Steak, Madewell, Philz Coffee and others.
The store is expected to open in June, though an exact opening day was not announced.
The arrival is notable for San Ramon shoppers who have watched City Center evolve into a mix of destination restaurants, national retailers, boutique fitness, entertainment and public events. lululemon’s arrival also fills a familiar retail slot: the former Nike space.

The lululemon announcement came as part of a broader wave of new tenants at City Center Bishop Ranch.
Meyhouse, the contemporary Turkish restaurant with existing locations in Sunnyvale and Palo Alto, is now open in San Ramon. We reviewed them recently.
Rico Rico Taco is also coming soon, and new retail is expected over the Summer.
The latest tenant announcement suggests City Center is continuing to lean into the formula that has made it one of San Ramon’s most visible gathering places: a mix of recognizable national brands, East Bay restaurant names and experiential businesses that give people a reason to stay longer than a quick shopping trip.
