Cholita Linda restaurant is coming soon to Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, California. The Bay Area Telegraph stopped to visit, and construction appears to be underway, with a large Cholita Linda sign by the future storefront.
According to the Broadway Plaza website, Cholita Linda is a “Casual café dining offering Latin American street-food favorites, from fish tacos to Cuban sandwiches.” It will be located next to Boudin Bread.
The restaurant is already a popular pick for casual but upscale food in Oakland. It appears similar in many ways to San Ramon’s C Casa in terms of its food and overall vibe.
No word yet on when the restaurant will arrive in Walnut Creek. We’ll keep an eye on the new space and let you know when Cholita Linda opens.
