You Only Have a Few Weeks to Try This Super Popular Summer Item at Mendocino Farms

Mendocino Farms has reintroduced a fan-favorite seasonal sandwich to its menu. The Summer Heirloom BLT is now available for a limited time, bringing back a classic taste of summer.

Priced at $14.25, the Summer Heirloom BLT features a delightful combination of heirloom tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon, habanero honey, mayonnaise, and arugula, all served on toasted sourdough bread.

The sandwich boasts a balanced profile of spicy, juicy, and sweet flavors, making it a refreshing choice for the summer season. Additionally, customers can opt for a gluten-free version by selecting the GF bread option.

I tried the sandwich last year at the San Ramon, California location and it was delicious! It’s a little spicy, very sweet, and has a rich umami flavor from the bacon–plus the freshness of the tomatoes.

Mendocino Farms ensures that the sandwich offers a satisfying meal with 560 calories, catering to those looking for a hearty yet fresh dining option.

The Summer Heirloom BLT will be available until September 9, giving customers a window of around 7 weeks to enjoy this seasonal favorite.

Don’t miss the chance to savor this popular summer delight at Mendocino Farms locations around the 925 and the broader Bay Area. I like the one in San Ramon best, but there’s a new Mendo in Walnut Creek, too.
