Sipeos Brings Booze-Free Bar and Mediterranean Cuisine to Walnut Creek

Walnut Creek, CA – A new Mediterranean-inspired café and booze-free bar, Sipeos, has officially opened in Walnut Creek, offering a refreshing alternative for those seeking flavorful food and innovative non-alcoholic drinks.

Sipeos blends plant-forward California-Mediterranean cuisine with a mindful bar program featuring non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages, making it a unique addition to the local dining scene.

The menu at Sipeos offers a variety of mezze plates, flatbreads, wild green salads, and roasted skewer plates. Guests can enjoy small or large mezze plates paired with dips like the Tuscan White Bean “Hummus” with tahini and rosemary, or the Whipped Feta drizzled with tangerine burnt honey and fermented chili oil.

Flatbreads, or Pinsa, range from the classic Smoky Margarita with San Marzano tomatoes and smoked mozzarella to the adventurous Shawarma Spiced Cauliflower topped with rose pickled onions and creamy zaatar sauce.

Complementing the food is Sipeos’ drink program, which highlights non-alcoholic cocktails, low-ABV drinks, wines, and beers.

Sipeos says “Our vision? That every social gathering, whether large or small, offers as many non-alcoholic beverage options as alcoholic ones. We’re here to champion and contribute to this change!”

Signature booze-free cocktails include the Pepper Shandy, a blend of pomegranate, pink peppercorn, and non-alcoholic kolsch, and the Cosmopolitano, a sophisticated twist on the classic, featuring raspberry syrup, elderflower, and bittersweet aperitivo. The Tangerine Toddy, a seasonal offering, warms guests with cinnamon, tangerine, and Seedlip Spice.

For those seeking low-alcohol options, the Salted Pineapple combines cardamaro, pineapple gum, and lime, while the Espresso Marti-no brings together coffee, sherry, and maple for a rich, robust flavor. Wine lovers can choose from a thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic and traditional wines, including sparkling whites, reds, and rosés. Non-alcoholic beer options like the Best Day Kolsch and Athletic Sunset Stoke Hazy IPA provide even more variety.

Beyond the drinks and food, Sipeos offers an inviting atmosphere where celebration, wellness, and a health-conscious lifestyle come together. Whether visitors are looking for a refreshing drink, a satisfying meal, or simply a mindful space to gather, Sipeos is ready to deliver a balanced and thoughtful experience to the Walnut Creek community.
