Born From a Journey of Recovery

Owner Colleen Faccini launched Saltwater after finding sobriety through a 12‑step program in 2023. “My sobriety journey began on March 6, 2023,” she wrote in an introductory Instagram post, explaining that the shop is an extension of the support and serenity she found in recovery.

Up a short flight of stairs sits “The Loft,” a rentable nook for book clubs, support groups, and creative classes. Faccini provides the ambience—and the snacks—so guests can focus on connection. Workshop sign‑ups and community collabs are in the works.

We originally found out about Saltwater via a friend of Faccini who reached out to tell us about it. Faccini clearly has a strong community around her! Check Saltwater out and support a small Pleasanton business with a very inspiring story.
