The menu vibe

Poké House leans “island-inspired” with build-your-own bowls and signatures like the House Salmon (Scottish salmon, masago, edamame, cukes, onions, furikake, citrus ponzu, sriracha aioli). There’s also a cooked option in the Crispy Shoyu Chicken for poke-skeptics, and the brand highlights handrolls at many locations.
