Santa Clara, CA— A new Hello Kitty Cafe is set to officially open at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara on Friday, July 11. The opening marks the latest expansion of the popular Sanrio-themed cafe in Northern California.
We’re super excited, as the Hello Kitty cafe popup (pictured throughout this article) at Santana Row in 2018 was awesome. It had surprisingly good tea and also Hello Kitty macarons, cakes and more.

Located inside one of the region’s top shopping and dining destinations, the new 2,300-square-foot location will offer both indoor and patio seating.

Guests can expect a rotating afternoon tea service during the day and elevated dessert offerings in the evening. The menu includes mini donuts, Dole Whip soft serve, espresso drinks, and other Hello Kitty-themed treats.

A grand opening celebration will run from Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13. The first 100 guests each day will receive giveaways, and Hello Kitty will appear for meet-and-greets from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.

This Santa Clara cafe follows other Hello Kitty Cafe openings in Irvine, Las Vegas, and additional North American cities.
