World Market is Coming Soon to Dublin’s Hacienda Crossings
Dublin shoppers are getting a new spot for home decor, furniture, gifts and international snacks.
World Market is listed as coming soon to Hacienda Crossings, taking over the former Any Mountain space at 4906 Dublin Blvd. City of Dublin documents describe the incoming store as a retail chain featuring imported and artisanal items, while recent reports say the new location is expected to open in October.
For Hacienda Crossings, it is another sign that the big Dublin shopping center is in the middle of a noticeable refresh. The center has already been adding new food and retail names, and World Market is joining a wave of incoming tenants that also includes Sana’a Cafe, 88 Cardhouse, Sally Beauty, Jamba and Miniso.
World Market is one of those stores that can be hard to categorize in the best way. It sells furniture and rugs, but also kitchenware, seasonal decor, candles, gifts, international foods, snacks, wine and other items.
The Dublin store is expected to be 17,310 square feet, making it a substantial new tenant for Hacienda Crossings rather than a small inline shop.
It also gives Tri-Valley shoppers another reason to stop at Hacienda Crossings, which already has a mix of restaurants, entertainment and big-name retail. The center includes Regal Hacienda Crossings, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Old Navy, Lazy Dog, Market Tavern and World of Beer, among others.
The new store should be especially welcome for anyone who likes wandering into World Market for one thing and leaving with throw pillows, German cookies, pasta sauce, a lamp and some kind of holiday-themed snack they did not know existed.
No exact opening date has been announced yet, but October is the current target.
