A High Tech Restaurant With All-You-Can-Eat Wagyu Beef Just Opened in Pleasanton

PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA – The Pacific Pearl Shopping Center has added a new dining option with the arrival of Chubby Cattle, a modern Asian restaurant that emphasizes premium ingredients and high-tech dining.

The restaurant officially opened its doors at 2693 Stoneridge Drive, Suite 106, occupying a 3,116-square-foot space.

Founded in 2014, Chubby Cattle blends traditional Asian recipes with global influences and modern technology. The menu includes premium selections like A5 Wagyu beef, Tomahawk steak, and lobster, with beef sourced from the restaurant’s own ranch.

Many Chubby Cattle locations feature unique dining innovations, including food conveyor belts, robot servers, and immersive 5D projection dining rooms, offering guests an interactive experience alongside their meals, and the Pleasanton location will follow suit.

It’s an “all you can eat” format, with different pricing tiers offering access to different levels of food. At the lower end, you get American wagyu. At the higher end, you get the real A5 stuff from Japan.

Chubby Cattle aims to create a communal dining atmosphere centered around hotpot, shabu shabu, and yakiniku, continuing its mission to introduce traditional Asian cuisine in new, engaging ways. We’ll definitely need to stop by and try it!
